POSITION PURPOSE
Role will be focused on oversight of OSC deliveries of the Supply Chain including providing analysis and direction to the Delivery leadership team. This SFA will manage several different work streams including:
- Developing scalable financial processes to support Appliance and Delivery From Store Delivery channels
- Drives cross functional communication with other areas of business including Operations, HR, Real Estate, FP&A and IT
- Drive relevant project management work with business partners including development of strong working relationship with business partners
- Developing advanced reporting and analytics to highlight performance of financial / operational metrics within Appliance and Deliver For Store Delivery channel
- This role reports to the PM Finance – Delivery Supply Chain and supports and drives alignment with the Supply Chain business leaders.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conducts financial planning and forecasting for the functional area.
- Conducts Pro-Forma Financial Analysis.
- Develops and executes cost controls.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities to drive profitability and develops improvement strategies.
- Responsible for appropriate selection, performance appraisals, termination and professional development of assigned staff.

Typically reports to PL, Finance – Delivery Supply Chain
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel: Typically requires overnight travel 5% of the time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Upper to Advanced SQL knowledge is a must have
- Financial planning and analysis experience
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Strong financial acumen
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Strong technical skills including data manipulation within multiple tools, ability to read/write SQL queries, and ability to build out Tableau dashboards
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Principles and Practices.
- Business Planning/Strategy Setting experience.
- Budgeting, Financial Planning and Financial Modeling skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of associates
