Position Overview:

We are seeking a bright, motivated eCommerce Product Manager with excellent attention to detail to join our Marketing and eCommerce department. In this role, you will lead the team to exceed product roadmap goals and achieve a best-in-class site experience. Our team is dedicated to cultivating a joyful and luxurious consumer brand, with an emphasis on exceptional user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end to end product development for key areas of opportunity on the roadmap and take full ownership of metrics and results. Includes:
  • Define key success metrics and business goals for each project.
  • Own implementation of complex customer facing UX features with the goal of improving conversion rates and user experience.
  • Collaborate with design team to create new website functionality that solves for complex user experience challenges and elevates the brand.
  • Work closely with development team to write user stories and requirements, and oversee the implementation and QA of new content and functionality of the site
  • Partner with 3rd parties to deliver innovative, best in class solutions
  • Quantitative assessment and optimization of website experience and content through Google Analytics, multivariate testing, A/B testing, and user testing. Enhance a culture of data driven decision making.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer and user behavior through analytics, user testing, internal and external surveys, and experimentation.
  • Identify key areas of opportunity to create innovative customer experiences and stay ahead of ecommerce best practices.
  • Ensure a consistent and seamless cross-device experience
  • Support development of the product roadmap and overall site strategy

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years product marketing or product management experience, including experience in direct-to-consumer websites
  • Robust product experience delivering complex customer facing UX features that drove tangible business value
  • Strategic business judgment and ability to communicate the data behind a decision
  • Experience as a thought leader – driving or supporting on the product roadmap and overall site strategy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to present creative ideas and information clearly
  • Ability to work individually and as a team player to execute projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a remote development team
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
  • Entrepreneurial attitude/self-starter
  • Highly attuned to ecommerce best practices and the latest trends in the ecommerce space
  • Keen design eye, with the ability to adhere to luxury brand guidelines
  • Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
  • BA degree or equivalent

The targeted budget for this position is $75-95k. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.
